Ninian Carter rates this game: 5/5I wrote The temple around 1984 when I was 14, I think. I sold it for a very small amount of money but didn't care as I was just thrilled to have sold it at all. It was written mostly in BASIC with some machine code routines for the sound and graphics. For it's day the graphics were really quite good and there were certainly more "professional" titles out there with much poorer graphics. The game has a very basic catching objects mechanic to it and isn't very good in all fairness. But it kept me quiet for a summer school vacation and taught me a lot about computers, maths and graphics. I'm very glad I made it and so pleased it has been found and archived in this way.
